This week all films have been selected by the beautiful Scream-pie audience! We will be lucky enough to watch a film curated by B-Boy Dong to celebrate his 28th birthday (The B in B-boy stands for birthday this week), which will be introduced by the birthday boy himself! Additionally, a film selected through true democracy will be screened this week. Cast your votes and stay tuned to find out what film this will be!
This week is B-Boy Dong's Birthday, and to celebrate we will be watching a film of his choosing! The movie is Bram Stoker's Dracula.
The film screened on this evening was decided through a vote by Scream-Pie attendees on the program release party on the 18. August. Through true democracy the film chosen for 2024 was the french coming-of-age body horror film Raw. The film is directed by Julia Ducournau, also known for Titane (2021). Plot: A young woman, studying to be a vet, develops a craving for human flesh.
